Job Well Done!

Graham's excellent carpet fitting service started when we asked him to measure up for a new hall, stairs and landing carpet for my elderly father-in-law in a village near York.
Firstly he was more than happy to come out on a Saturday to measure up and arrived promptly at the agreed time, bringing lots of samples. After a swift measuring up he gave us such a competitive quotation for a wool twist carpet complete with underlay and fitting that we asked him to measure up the living room as well!
As we live 200 miles away in the south we were fully expecting to have to make a special trip up north to supervise the fitting and move furniture. However, Graham voluntarily offered to do this at no extra cost and even said he would do the job in the next 5 days - just before Christmas (subject to the carpeting being available from the supplier).
The finished job was fully inspected by my father-in-law's carer before we conveniently paid up via PayPal.
Well done Graham, job well done! It looks lovely!

Great service

I would like to to commend Graham for agreeing to fit my carpet at such short notice the Friday before Christmas. He was willing to squeeze me in even though it was a small job, where other fitters were not intrested. Many thanks!

Wonderful!!!

Graham helped me out alot with my three storey staircase as I wanted a runner throughout. Graham provided a wonderful service and talked me through all of my options. I was very pleased with his work and look forward to having him back for further work needed. I was more than happy with the outcome.

From start to finish the service Graham provided was first class. Graham took all the strain and hassle off us as we had intended to supply the carpet, however ran into difficulties with binding/ordering/collection which Graham resolved quickly. Graham's professionalism, communication and attitude were all excellent and his workmanship was of a very high standard . I would and have since recommended his name to family and friends. Graham supplied and fitted our new house with carpets and vinyl, myself and my wife were very happy with not only the price which we found to be extremely competitive but also the quality of work provided. We also found Graham to be a man of his word in terms of timescales. Top notch
